Booking Terms & Conditions for
UK PREMIER TOURS
Payment Terms, Refunds and Cancellations, Collection Times, Loss or Damage to Personal Belongings, Personal Accident and Travel Insurance, Conditions of Passenger Carriage, Complaints Procedure
This section contains important information. We recommend you read our terms and conditions BEFORE placing a booking. If you have any questions please give us a call so we can answer them as quickly as possible. Many thanks.
Payment Terms

We require payment in full on confirmation of your booking. This must be paid immediately if booked less than one month in advance of the tour date, or no later than one month in advance of the first day of the tour, whichever situation is applicable. Please note that a 5% surcharge will be added to your invoice if you pay by credit card.

If you have incurred any additional charges by the end of your tour, you will be invoiced later separately. We require payment in full no later than 7 days from the date of the invoice to settle any amount outstanding.

Refunds and Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund if they notify UK Premier Tours in writing 48 hours or more before departure. If you notify us less than 48 hours before the start of your tour, a cancellation fee will become payable. This will be 50% of the total invoice paid so you will only get half of your money back. Refunds will be made by cheque and posted within 14 days of receipt of notice. In very rare circumstances where we (UK Premier Tours) have no other choice but to cancel a specific tour, the customer can choose a) to be reimbursed in full or b) to book an alternative tour on a different date.

Collection Times

We offer a very reliable, punctual and professional service. However please be aware that there may be occassions where scheduled collection times may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Loss or Damage to Personal Belongings

We accept no responsibility or liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a maximum of the tour cost.

Personal Accident and Travel Insurance

This is NOT included in the tour price. Customers are advised to make their own insurance arrangements.

Please note however that UK Premier Tours has Passenger Liability Cover up to 2 million GBP.

Conditions of Passenger Carriage

We may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability for the carriage of such passengers.
