We are a small family run business based in West Winch, near Kings Lynn in Norfolk. Over the past 5 years, we have run a very successful private hire business called Premier Airport Services, and have now launched a new venture called UK Premier Tours as a result of our expansion, diversification, and continued success.

UK Premier Tours is now an integral part of Premier Airport Services. We specialise in designing and conducting tours of all the major tourist attractions around the UK, for independent travellers, couples, families and small groups who want to tour areas around Britain in the luxury of a privately hired chauffeur driven vehicle, and where all the arrangements are taken care of in terms of travel, tickets and accommodation (where required). Booking a tour with UK Premier Tours takes the hassle and stress out of planning a trip and driving there yourself, or using public transport to reach your intended destinations. We worry about the car parking, the traffic, and how to get you there on time, so you have a relaxed and enjoyable journey as part of your overall holiday experience or short break.

When you book a tour with us, you can feel rest assured that you are in very safe hands. This is because we only employ drivers with certain key skills and qualities. This makes us uniquely different to other tour guide operators and private hire chauffeur companies. For example, all of our drivers are very experienced, reliable, knowledgeable and professional people, with backgrounds in either the military, police, air force or armed forces.

As a result our drivers are well qualified, and have the following additional skills:

• Advanced Driver Training (ADT) certification
• First-aid training
• Passenger Safety training
• Passenger Protection skills and techniques.

We currently employ three main drivers. Our principle driver and guide is Terry Greenall, who is also the Managing Director of Premier Airport Services. For a brief history of Terry's background, please click here.

Once you have booked your tour, a driver will be assigned to your party who will act as your 'eyes and ears' for the duration of your vacation. Your driver will be on hand throughout your journey, to answer questions, make your trip run as smoothly as possible, and to act as your guide throughout your tour. This means that you get a one-on-one dedicated personal guided tour service - a hallmark of UK Premier Tours.

First of all please note that we do not use coaches; you travel around in a luxury executive vehicle with your own private chauffeur who is also your guide.

We own all of our vehicles. The car assigned to you for your tour will depend on the number of travellers in your party, so a smaller or larger vehicle could be used. However all of our cars are luxury vehicles with clean, modern, air-conditioned interiors, affording high levels of comfort especially welcome on longer journeys.

When you book a tour with us, we will make sure you are assigned the best car available for your needs. We even have luxury vehicles that can accommodate disabled guests, with wide opening doors, plenty of space inside, and ramps available. As part of the package, we will also make sure you have bottled mineral water in the car and newspapers to read if you should so wish. First Aid kits are also in every car.

All of our cars are fully insured and MOT'd, and are regularly inspected, valeted, serviced and maintained to very high standards to make sure that they continue to run in prime working order. However should a breakdown occur on your tour, rest assured that we will deal with roadside recovery as swifly as possible to minimise any delay to your journey or distraction on your holiday.
